Anglia Examinations England has specialised in ESOL assessments for 15 years and has been based in Chichester, England since 1994. Anglia offers a comprehensive and structured programme of assessing English language competence, from beginner through to native speaker level. Anglia Ascentis ESOL Examinations are taken in countries spread out over four continents and currently having offices and test centres in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe with over 50,000 candidates each year from over 30 countries.

Both Anglia Examinations, a member of the European Association for Language Testing and Assessment (EALTA), and Ascentis, are owned by non-profit educational institutions. Ascentis is a registered charity in the United Kingdom.

The Anglia Examination Syndicate Ltd (AESL) adheres to the Ascentis National Awarding Body Customer Service statement which can be found at www.ascentis.org. In addition, the Anglia Customer Service Department can be contacted between the hours of 0900 and 1600, Monday to Friday on +44 (0) 1243 812943.

AESL endeavours to answer all verbal enquiries immediately. All enquiries are logged and answered within five working days.
The Anglia Manager will acknowledge more complex enquiries or issues within 10 workings days and, if the matter cannot be resolved within 28 days, will ensure that progress on the matter is communicated within 28 days.
The Anglia Manager monitors customer enquiries on a regular basis and undertakes an annual customer service satisfaction survey.
Anglia Examinations has an established customer complaints procedure. Whenever we receive a complaint, we aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also hope to use the information provided to help improve our services.
If you wish to make a complaint about our services, you can do so via telephone, fax or email. In many cases, telephone complaints can be dealt with immediately.
All written complaints will be replied to within 5 working days of receiving them. If a full response cannot be given within this time scale, we will write to explain why a decision has not yet been reached, and give details of when a full reply should be expected.
Appeals in respect of examination results should be submitted in accordance with the procedure laid out in the Appeals Procedure.

3. Once we have received the completed form, and within the next 45 days, you will be sent your ANGLIA ASCENTIS ESOL EXAMINATION CENTRE / MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE. You will also receive marketing materials and further information on our organization.
4. Upon completion of the CENTRE / MEMBERSHIP application process, you will have access to our wide range of benefits for all our network members.
