1. After submitting the on-line Registration Form, please make sure you fax proof of payment to +54 11 4305-7913, within the next 2 working days. Failure to comply with this policy will lead to the immediate annulment of your registration.

2. Please include the following in the fax:
a. Full name of delegate(s)
b. Contact details, i.e., telephone/ fax number and email address

3. Upon receipt of the above, we will proceed to send you an email/ fax confirming your place at The Congress.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
1. For your convenience, we recommend you print out and complete the Registration Form before the day of the Congress. However, this does not guarantee a place at the Congress, as all seats are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. A pre-registration email/ fax would be most appreciated. This should include full name of delegate(s) as well as contact details, i.e., telephone/ fax number and email address(es).
